What size should I order if I'm between sizes?

If you're between sizes for leggings, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.If you're between sizes for tops, our recommendation depends on your personal preference. For a more casual or loose fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. For a more tailored or custom fit, we recommend choosing the smaller size. On the off chance that the size you select doesn't fit, keep in mind that we do offer easy exchanges.

 

I have received the wrong size :(

Whoops! If you received a size you didn’t order, simply let us know and we’ll reship your item within 3 business days, completely for free! You should supply the order number of your purchase, a picture of the item you received with the tag on it, and the invoice and we will reship you the correct item free of charge. Please be sure that it is within 7 days that you received the order that you report the issue. We recommend that you inspect packages upon arrival in the rare occurrence of wrong item(s) shipped out.

 

The item(s) I ordered doesn’t fit :(

Don’t worry. We've made it extremely easy to process an exchange and get the size that works best for you. 

 

I would like to change the color of my order.

If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order, we would be delighted to modify your order to change color or size manually. Just reach out to us with your order number and the changes you want to make and it will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with the changes you have made.

How do I start an exchange or a return?

If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, you have 7 days from delivery confirmation to return them for a refund. We want to make returning items a very quick process for you. There are just a few items we want you to be aware of before going through with the process of returning your item(s):

  1. You must notify us of your return within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.
  2. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all Items unless the issue is truly not your fault, then an Item will be reshipped free of charge!
  3.  All items, unless damaged or incorrect due to our error, will have a $5 restock fee.
  4. You must provide tracking information in order for us to process a refund.

    I would like cancel my order .

    If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order, we would be delighted to cancel your order as soon as possible! Just reach out with your order number and the change you want to make and it will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the changes made once completed. 

     

    I would like to return my order.

    You can request a refund if there was a mistake with your order and you do not wish to wait for reshipment, or if you are unhappy with your items and wish to return them. Please see our return guidelines.

    How can I request a refund?

    Contact our customer support team to request a refund. Our team will review and submit your request to our refunds department. 

    How much will be refunded from my order?

    If mistakes were made in your order or delivery, we will refund your items in full. For all returns, each item will be subject to a $5 restock fee.

    Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

    When will I get my refund?

    Contact our Customer Support team to request a refund. Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our refunds department within 1-2 business days. If your request for a refund is approved, you will receive a notification with the details of your refund. 

     

    I never received my order? Where is it ?

    If you have not received your order after tracking, it could be for many different reasons. Please reach out with your order number and item(s) missing to our support team and you will receive a response within 24 hours. We’ll track your order within our system and locate your items! If we are unable to locate your order, we will ship your items to you again immediately hassle free!

    Wondering when your order will be shipped ? Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times, although we do not operate on public holidays.

    The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturor process the orders, which takes an additional 7–10 days.

     

    When will my order be delivered?

    Once your tracking number is updated for the first time, you should receive your order in the following timeframes based on the country you are in. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

    Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. We know you want your item(s) as soon as possible and we will get them to you as fast as we can.

    Typically, the time you place an order to the time your receive your package at your front door is approximately 15-25 business days. Our shipping time frame is for reference only, as shipping times can be affected by many factors, including weather conditions, sales and holiday rushes. Be assured our team works hard to get everyone’s orders to their door as soon as possible!

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    We offer Expedited shipping. Customers will pay for the shipping costs.

     In addition, for all purchases of $200 (approx 4 items) or more, we will give you 2-5 day shipping via DHL/FedEx free of charge.
