Exchange and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or exchange the order to a new item within 24 hours after your payment. This policy also applies with all the changes you want to make with your order including change size, design or shipping address, etc.  After 24 hours we begin manufacturing your product to your specified design, garment and size. Any exchange or cancellations after 24 hours are entitled to the following:

  • Your orders full value, including shipping and taxes, in store credit.
  • A refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee, including shipping and taxes.
  • These options are not negotiable.

All Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Customers may request a refund, return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duty taxes.

We must receive and process your returned items before any refund or exchange is provided. It can take up to 10 days to fully process your return.

All Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products:

We apologize for any product issues and strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you did not receive an item, please review the options below.

We do not require you to return faulty or incorrect products if you can provide us images via email.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fullprintfasion@gmail.com

Returns Address:

All returned products must include proof of purchase and reason for return.  We require up to 10 days to process your return once received.
